These Terms govern your use of MegaBro Software products and websites (the "Service") — including the HS Code Finder browser extension — operated by MegaBro Software, Bar, Montenegro ("we", "us").
HS Code Finder helps you find candidate HS / CN tariff codes, look up EU duty and anti-dumping rates, and estimate landed cost. The core features (code search, duty lookup, calculator) are free. AI classification is a paid feature purchased as one-time credit packs.
Classifications, duty rates and cost estimates produced by the Service are informational aids only. They are not legal, tax or customs-broker advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. You are solely responsible for the tariff codes and values you declare to any customs authority. Always verify against official sources (TARIC, Access2Markets) or a licensed customs broker.
AI classification requires signing in with Google. Credit packs are one-time purchases tied to your Google account; credits do not expire and are not transferable. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
Paid features are sold via our merchant of record and payment partners. The order process, invoicing and (where applicable) sales tax / VAT are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.
You may not: resell or redistribute the Service; attempt to bypass credit accounting; reverse engineer the paid API; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or overload the Service with automated bulk requests beyond normal interactive use.
The extension code, website content and branding are our property. Tariff nomenclature and duty data originate from official EU / US public sources.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including duties, penalties or delays arising from customs declarations — resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. We may suspend accounts that violate Section 5. You may stop using the Service at any time; Section 3 credits remain available while the Service operates.
