Refund Policy — MegaBro Software

We want you to be happy with our products. This policy applies to all MegaBro Software products; today that is HS Code Finder. The core features are free, so you can evaluate the product fully — including 10 free AI classifications — before paying anything.

Credit packs

• If you purchased a credit pack and something went wrong — the credits were not delivered, you were charged twice, or the AI feature does not work for you — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you in full.
• If you simply changed your mind, we will refund any pack that is substantially unused (fewer than 10 of its credits spent) within 14 days of purchase.
• Packs bought more than 14 days ago, or mostly used up, are generally not refundable, but write to us anyway — we handle edge cases individually and lean toward the customer.

How to request a refund

Email serzhserg98@gmail.com from the Google account used for the purchase, or open a ticket on the GitHub issue tracker, including the approximate purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.

EU / UK consumers

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. For digital content, you consent to immediate delivery of credits at purchase; where required by law, withdrawal rights apply as described above or as mandated by your local consumer legislation, whichever is more favorable to you.
